A fully individualized Powerlifting training routine based on your strength level, experience, and lifestyle. We collect preliminary data prior to the program via a comprehensive survey.
1:1 Technique PT Sessions
Sessions with Coach Esther focus on efficient, and safe technique fit for each individual and improving weaknesses and imbalances of the body. 1 session = 1hour (4 or 8 sessions)
Strongirls Group Training (weekly)
More the merrier! Group training sessions allow Strongirls to get together, learn from one another, and motivate each other.
(Fridays 7:30PM / Saturdays 11:30AM)
TRAINTRUE Membership Included
A 1 month membership to Traintrue, the best Powerlifting gym in South Korea, is included in the Program price. (worth 160,000won)
Online Feedback
Coach Esther is always a message away to provide technique/training feedback outside of your 1:1 and group training sessions, giving you constant support throughout the program.

Get access to the Strongirls group chat, where you share about your training, diet & nutrition, and life freely. Schedule changes and announcements are posted through the chat.

한달 단위로 진행 되지만, 대부분의 멤버들은 기본 두 기수에 참여 하십니다. 초보자 분들은 특히 길게 보실수록, 프로그램을 마친후 훈련적으로 자립할 확율이 더 높아집니다. 그 다음 기수로 연장하시는 멤버들께는 특별 혜택인 1회 무료 1:1 PT 세션을 추가로 제공해 드립니다.
